I signed up earlier this year when I had a running injury. I found it difficult to get on the schedule the massage therapists, but when I (finally) found one she quit two months later. GAH! So, I called and CANCELLED after 4 months of service. Spoke to the front desk in April/May and confirmed my account (month-to-month) should be cancelled. Thought everything was fine until today when they stuck me with a $198 bill —stating that I didn’t sign their cancellation form and owed for the past few months. I was never told to complete the for
and it wasn’t until I got a delinquent letter that this was brought to my attention. I’ve paid, but to say the least, I won’t be going back or recommend this group to anyone. I feel misled. It’s upon your team to advise your customers accurately and create a consistent experience that delights — keeping customers locked into your services. Massage Envy, yours falls short! Shameful.
