Marlon was very helpful, from his expertise & overall knowledge regarding the homebuying process. I would highly recommend him if your looking in PA or DE, because he is licensed in both states ! He spoke up for me and had the seller of the home I purchased complete multiple repairs even though the property was listed “as is” and ultimately he got me to the closing table !

Marlon did an amazing job, well knowledgeable about home and possible problems that could occur down the line. He's good at guiding you with what you're looking for based on your criteria. He helps you hone in on houses you're looking for or are interested in. The process was smooth from start to finish. We were able to meet occasionally in different properties and eliminate house that didn't fit.
