Our cleaning team is fantastic! I always love coming home on cleaning day, with the house looking so shiny and nice. We aren't always the best at picking up things to be out of their way, but that does not deter them! I have come home to blankets we left tossed on the sofa that the team had folded nicely and placed over the back of the sofa, just where the blanket belongs. There are other "for instances" but to share them would tell everyone how messy we can be! Great work, Five Star Maids!

We have been using Five Star Maids for the last few years and we are very happy with their service! The maids are very thorough and consistent in their cleaning approach. I also love the small details (folding toilet paper into the shape of a rose, lining up my son's stuffed animals in his crib, etc). The admin are very communicative and offer timely updates if the maids are running late or need to reschedule. They are also very receptive to feedback - there have been a few instances when items in my home were accidentally broken (the only reason I'm giving 4/5 and not 5/5), and the admin gladly refunded the cost of the items or offered to replace them. The cost is reasonable in my opinion. I highly recommended Five Star Maids!
