What better time to make a review than in the middle of my compression session. Hannah at Fern Medical has been amazing. After long months of dealing with insurance and attempting to get my compression boots approved, they are finally home!! I was met with kindness, generosity, understanding, support, counsel, options, and hope to find relief and a pain free life. My million questions were always met with patience and understanding. It’s obvious Hannah loves what she does and is committed to patient care. Thank you helping me improve my quality of life! (My feet still do a little happy dance with the boots on 😊)

Dr. George Clark at Duke referred me to Fern Medical Supplies and they are true angels. Physical Therapists Hannah McHugh and Jill came to my home to fit me for my MEDI compression garments and order my pump. Not only are they incredibly precise and professional, but their immense kindness, compassion, and human decency toward an elderly, disabled individual on a fixed income brought me to tears. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the care I needed without financial stress. They treat you like a human being, not just a patient. Five stars!

Hannah of Fern Medical is really on top of things with knowing and orderig the right equipment to control Lymphedema issues.I also received Immediate therapy from DR Meyer for a Lymphedema crisis.Having been treated by her in the past I know that I'm in very good hands.

I left my appointment with hope that relief is in reach. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. I cannot fully express how grateful I am that they handle the navigating insurance part so I can just relax while waiting for authorization to go through.
