This SGPT gym offers a friendly professional service and it is just that - personal training. The training can be tailored to your own specific needs and the coaches are there to build you each step of the way. The gym is now a non-negotiable part of my day and it’s a time for me to switch off and have an hour to myself. My strength and fitness have came along way since the beginning. I'd never really liked gyms and whilst had been a member of a gym before several years ago I hadn't attended regularly and only ever used rowing or running machines. So it's testiment that this gym is different that I've attended two sessions most weeks over the previous year and with the extreme patience and encouragement of the coaches have learned how to complete exercises properly and safely using weights. I find the structure of the sessions and individuality motivates me. The results I've noticed are improved tone, flexibility and strength. Thank you folks Less
