para mí fue la peor experiencia con esta compañía nunca la recomendaría si tú quieres Cancelar tu venta de tu casa no te lo permiten lo único que hacen es amenazarte qué te van a poner abogados multas y penalidades y al final Aunque tú ya no quieres vender terminas sintiéndote obligado a vender. la persona que me ha estado atendiendo en este proceso de venta nunca me explico lo que desian los contratos hasta que yo ya quería echar para atrás en la venta fue dónde empezó a decirme lo que decían loscontratos . tengo una sugerencia no confíen en estas personas nunca les dirán la verdad. antes de firmar un contrato mejor busquen un abogado para que se lo lea y se los explique porque estas personas solo buscan ganar su comisión dijo la señora que Sí yo cancelaba la venta de mi casa tenia que pagarle el 5%de lo que valía la propiedad aparte de eso qué me iban a demandar por incumplimiento y yo ni siquiera sabía lo que decía elcontrato hasta que encontré un abogado que me explico lo que decía el famoso contrato Less

I was told by Milton and Luz On Wednesday that I would be given a schedule the next day Thursday they would go over it with me and let me know what houses we were supposed to view and what times we needed to be there. I never heard anything back from them. I finally reached out to them on Saturday morning and they still didn’t have anything lined up, she told me to be in Kissimmee at 11 o’clock with no addresses to go to and it’s an hour away from my house. They waste your time! Don’t put energy and effort into working with them you never know who you’re talking to or what is going on. Very unprofessional, worst brokers I’ve dealt with yet. Less
