This is the second time we used the services of Central Florida Tree Care due to having received such exceptional service prior in 2023. Two trees/stumps needed to be removed from the property along with some storm damage cleaned up on several others. Again, like before, the entire process from start to finish was well organized and handled very efficiently. Justin responded quickly to our initial inquiry and provided an estimate for the needed work that seemed fair overall. Billy, Justin and the entire team executed their plan without issue. Everyone on the team was pleasant to work with and even went the extra mile moving some neighbor's trash cans etc to ensure their pickup was not missed that day due to some large equipment being used in the area. It’s these small things that do not always get noticed and tend to separate some businesses from others out there. The guys worked well past dark ensuring everything was completed as promised and left the property in better condition than when they started. Other than the two areas where the trees used to stand that were left sod ready, you would be hard pressed to know a tree service had even been there. Billy was able to explain that because of the equipment he needs to use to make the job safe and efficient the cost was justified. In addition he was able to explain that he understands how to get paid by the insurance companies and he guaranteed they would cover the cost of removing the tree, and they did, without issue. Billy and his crew came to my house the morning of the job, on time and fully equipped, ready to get to work. It was an impressive operation. The tree that needed to be taken down was very close to 3 homes. A lot could have gone wrong but everything went like clock work. The trees were located behind my house and next to the electric power lines. There was very little room in my city home to get this job done. I had two large oak trees that needed to be taken down. It was a danger to my house as it damaged my house during the hurricane. The trees were located behind my house and next to the electric power lines. There was very little room in my city home to get this job done. I learned the hard way that this job was bigger than every tree service I called except for Central Florida Tree care. The 6 other companies caused me so much heartache. One company was hired and after a month of waiting, when they came out to do the job, the tree guys said it can't be done. The other companies also could not tell me the proper way to remove the trees. Two companies called in another tree company friend and got their advice. In summary they all caused me months of waiting for answers on how they could get the job done. All these other companies wanted me to contact the power company to trim the trees over the lines, talk to the neighbors, and remove a part of my fence for the machines to get by. None of them realized the power company would not trim those branches but would only shut the power for 4 hours. Then I contacted Billy, the owner of Central Florida Tree Care. First, he answered the phone and talked to me whenever I had questions. So what a big plus to always get him on the phone and get real answers. Now when he came out, he knew exactly what needed to be done. He is the only one that realized that it could only be done with a crane. He said he would talk to the power company to shut off the power, talk to the neighbors and he would take down the fence! Billy was right there for the job and did a good portion himself. The rest of the crew was so respectful and nice to me. They worked so efficiently so not to tie up traffic. As soon as the big branches were dropped on the road, they cut it and the power grabber put it in the big dump truck. They also cut down 5 other smaller trees. The one tree about 30 feet high was cut at the bottom and the crane picked it up whole between the two houses without touching any house. They made sure the property was really cleaned up when completed. Even with getting a crane he was priced reasonably to the other companies. He stuck to the estimate price. If anyone wants to see pictures or talk to me about this major project let Billy know. Just the trunk of the one big tree weighed 27,000 pounds. Don't hesitate to call him as he is so nice and polite. Less

let me start by saying Central Florida Tree Care was beyond awesome! I do maintenance for a property and I contacted Central Florida Tree Care billy the owner came out to give me a estimate he was super friendly very down to earth ,very easy to talk to,very knowledgeable way better than any other company that came out for a estimate I like the plan he put out I liked the knowledge he had I felt very comfortable and good about giving him the huge task and today he came out and completed that task which was taking down 2 very large trees over a house and billy with central fl tree was expectional class A work very very professional top notch equipment! Him and his crew wasted no time they had great communication everyone knew there job and worked great as a team I overseen the whole thing and I am simply amazed at the job they did but not only that the great person billy the owner was he was hands on the whole time he really cares about his crew his business he cared about us his crew worked very hard very fast very professional not one shortcut was done they went up and above to satisfy me,I will definitely use central Florida tree care again!! We had a large tree removed including the stump. The men were very professional and friendly. Their price was a lot better than other estimates. I've never had such a great clean up done after having a tree removed. I am extremely happy and impressed. Definitely will call them again to remove any trees if needed.😀... More

They took down two precariously positioned trees: one surrounded by a building within inches on three sides and the other against a fence with power lines running through it. I loved that they scheduled the stump grinder to come out as part of their work, taking the wood chips away and grading the landscape so it looks like the tree was never there. They were as quick and unobtrusive as possible without sacrificing safety. I've never been so happy with a tree company before and don't plan to use anyone else in the future. Thank you!! Less
