MaryAnn consistently gave me incorrect information (insurance start date, insurance premium amounts, told me it was MY job to tell payroll when I had a coverage change, etc, etc), then changed her mind, then apologized on multiple occasions as she saw her errors. I get that everyone makes mistakes occasionally; this was every time I emailed her. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere for professionals to give your money to.
