I would say overall they do a good job at getting the info to us right away. There are times where they will send a non-emergency call to us when they shouldnt. But they are typically pleasant to deal with. *** in particular is always very professional and kind.

They work well from any scripting and allowable answers provided based on typical consumer questions, and always send an email immediately after a call takes place. For the emergency items, our after hours key personnel always receive a call to address the situation. We are very happy with our service from them.
