I hired Star Movers for a pretty big moving job and I was impressed from start to finish. From the estimate, they were super professional, punctual, and transparent with pricing, with no hidden fees. The crew arrived on time, with all the necessary equipment and they treated every single one of my belongings as if it were their own. Large furniture, appliances, fragile boxes... everything arrived in perfect condition without a single scratch. They are fast, organized, and very hardworking. If you are looking for a serious, responsible, and efficient company, look no further. 100% recommended. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Horrible experience. Worst move of my life, and we're an Air Force family. They never came to the house for an inventory before giving us an estimate. Completely underestimated how much goods we had to move - we tried to tell them but they assured us they could figure it out by the size of our house. At first they told us they would not ship ANYTHING liquid and weren't responsible for goods we had boxed ourselves (we had decluttered for the showings and lots of stuff was in boxes in the basement). We did pay them to pack, so they should have repacked the stuff in boxes. They broke stuff before they even left our house - just left the box with a broken Galileo thermometer in the garage. Broken dining room chairs, broken grandfather clock, etc etc. You could tell when they stopped trying to wrap stuff properly because the move was going too long - which they would have figured out if the just came to the house for a walk-through like we asked them too. Our realtor advised us to go with Star Movers, and my husband thought this was that company so he trusted them more than he should have. Star Movers LLC is being deceptive and should be avoided IMO.

Really professional. Careful with items. Will contact them again if moving. They keep you updated and give you fair pricing upfront.

The movers were so professional, they were fast, and I can’t say enough good things about this company! If you look them up on Google and you’re thinking about hiring them, don’t think just do it! You will not be sorry this company is fantastic! I’ve never been so happy with a move in my life!
