Manny, the owner, was extremely responsive and happy to answer all of them via text and phone calls, which truly eased every worry I had leading up to the big day.I had originally booked a three-man crew and a truck for a three-hour window. They arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m., and after assessing the volume of furniture and items I had, the team honestly communicated that it was a much larger job than anticipated. However, they immediately reassured me that they would stay as long as necessary to get the job done right—and they kept their word, working tirelessly until 9:00 p.m. to ensure everything was moved.​The level of care they took was exceptional. Every single piece of furniture was carefully wrapped before being moved, and I am thrilled to report that absolutely nothing was scratched or broken.
