Had a permenamt crown from another dentist fall out, and I called Friday evening. They were able to take me on Saturday morning and quickly re-cemented the crown better than the original dentist's (different practice) original shoddy work. They also took my insurance so I left paying a tiny copay. All of this on Easter weekend! Good job!... More

I would highly recommend for anyone who has had reservations and dread going to the dentist. A special shout out to Jai the receptionist, an amazing and wonderful young woman who really makes you feel at home and an absolute joy to talk to! I told them to remove the back left bottom tooth. They removed the molar next to it because the x ray showed a cavity. Now the tooth I went in for is still hurting as well. I’m simply confused. If you can see they also cut the front of my gums pretty bad. I’m not sure if that’s normal or not I know she used the saw so I’m not sure if that’s normal or something to be upset about.... More

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The entire staff really went over and beyond for me. Let me say this… I am terrified of the dentist. I made my appointment and let the receptionist know that I had anxiety with dentist. She reassured me their office could handle me and promised to add this information to my chart. On my appointment day my xray technician was well aware and handled me with care. When I met my Dr Mary she was very gentle and patient with me. I had moments that I really cried and her assistant was comfortable with me reaching out to her for comfort. I actually place my hand in her forearm and her response was a comforting shoulder squeeze! After today they are officially my family dental office! I’m changing my children over and everything! Thank you all so much this review can’t paint the full picture of how the entire staff assisted, comforted me and didn’t make me feel odd about my dental anxiety! Thank you so much! But it's already been said a number of times that the ladies at the front desk need more training( Office Manager) So suffice it to say,I contacted a new dentist before we left your office. Came in for a cracked tooth and was assessed, tooth extracted, and bone graft all completed in about an hour. Tooth was unable to be saved due to depth of fracture but glad to have all of this completed in one visit by Mary Jo who did a great job taking care of me. I needed a root canal and was having the worst pain ever which started to get worse and worse day by day. Of course on New Year’s Eve is when the pain became unbearable and I decided I needed to go to an emergency dental site. I called so many places but no one was able to accommodate me and kept saying they can see me after the new years. I was in tears from my pain and couldn’t wait a second longer. Then I came across this facility. They first asked if I could come in after the new years but when I explained my situation, they accommodated me right away! I was so happy when they said I could come in. EVERYONE from the receptionist, to the nurses to my doctor Hadeel Shtawi were so emphatic and kind. In less than 1 hour, they were able to get rid of the infection in my tooth, do a root canal AND put in a temporary filling. Dr. Shtawi communicated with me the whole process and made sure I was comfortable. It’s only been a couple hours since my root canal and I feel SO much better. Thanks to this amazing place, I will be able to have a good night’s sleep. Words can’t describe how grateful I am. I wish I could do more to show my gratitude. Thanks again Abington team! Less
