I put my three kids myself and my fiancé in classes her. Kids groups were ok until they told my kids they normally weren’t allowed to but it’s ok for them to take their gees off during training. I been in martial arts and I’ve never seen rules bent that way. Also adult classes usually 1-2 instructors that I’m not sure if they are actual instructors or just students trusted to teach! They play music and loud fans while giving directions and u can’t hear. The teacher to student ratio is mind blowing and they do not break u off into groups based on experience u just get thrown in with everyone. I decided this wasn’t a good fit and texted Randy about a refund. She said she would talk to her professor and get back to me… she asked if I’d come In to talk with him and I said I’d prefer to go else where and just either get the gees I paid for or get a refund she stopped communicating w me after that. I have called the gym twice and left messages and no one will respond three hundred dollars done the drain and they haven’t even given my girls their gees! If u decide this isn’t the fit for u they will keep ur money and not give u the uniforms that said money was for! I would not go to this place or recommend

I personally recommend Muay Thai, that's what I'm starting with. The one on one teaching experience that you get from the multiple coaches is amazing. My nephew's nieces and now I all go there, it's a great place to practice and learn the Martial arts. only two classes in and you can see the children and even adults building confidence.

Currently I’m in this woman’s self-defense class for the next four Saturdays in a row. Awesome technique work out to go along with the fitness part of the training, is fun. instructors know what they’re doing and are nice and make it fun.

My daughter, nephew and niece love this place! We've been coming here for years! The coaches are awesome! They have offered zoom classes for at home so the kids don't fall behind during the pandemic. We are very grateful!

Now granted my kids were only there for 1 class from what I can see the instructors are really good with kids and they have patience and they care for there student I learned that firsthand and how they treated my kids

Our 6-year-old son was welcomed right away, and I could tell that the instruction provided was the perfect blend of catering to him as a young beginner while allowing him a chance to learn from those with more experience. We also had great customer service from Tom!

Started there with my 5yr old son who “wanted to take ninja classes” They treated him like a king and made him feel very special. They even talked me into some classes. Great gym, great people! All ages and skill levels welcomed and encouraged.

I took there Muay Thai class here loved every bit of it if you are looking to change yourself get in shape self discipline get you out of your comfort zone this place will do all of that Tom and the staff are great people I did not once regret signing up here I encourage my friends and everyone to take classes here.

I have been going here for a few months now, and I enjoy the staff that they have there. There friendly, and Jim one of the owners are very interactive and engaging with teaching the classes. His dedication to making sure we understand the fundamentals of Jiu jitsu are great!
