The best experience shopping for a mattress. I needed a new mattress and met Mr. Greg, God-fearing man, is very polite. I told him about the reason for mattress shopping, and having surgery coming up needed a good mattress to sleep on to be comfortable after the surgery. We were able to see what mattress would be best, he didn't rush us at all, even gave me tips on how to stop smoking as a requirement before the surgery (not smoking anymore) also prayed with me and delivered the mattress to my home as scheduled. If you read my reviews, I'm big on customer service, and he superseded at that. Thanks, Greg, and my surgery went exceptionally well!!!

Not only did he get me EXACTLY what I was looking for, but he also displayed excellent hospitality to my 2-year-old. As we all know two-year-olds can be a hand full when having to sit for an extended period, but that didn’t bother Mr. Michael. He even went out of his way to give him something to do while we finished handling business. Mattress by Appointment is an all-around amazing business!
