I had probably the absolute most seamless shopping experience I've ever had in my life. I contacted MBA via their website, and had a return text within a few minutes. I spoke with Miss Casey, and she told me she was making appointments for today and tomorrow, and that she actually had an opening in about 30 minutes. So I jumped up, ran down to their store, and within 30 minutes, I had tested all the mattresses, found the exact one I wanted, and made the purchase! Literally an hour from initial contact, to completion of purchase. No crazy upsell tactics, didn't try to sell me any extras, etc. I was in and out, and Miss Casey was an absolute pleasure to deal with! You CANNOT go wrong with MBA!

High impressed with Mattress by appointment. Went in expecting a scam and it was nowhere near that. I was able to get a king size mattress for a great prize. They were also running a special to get a free twin size mattress with the purchase of a queen or king size mattress. Most places would have given you the cheaper twin mattress but they did not which I was even more impressed by. You can get same day or next day delivery (your preference). My appointment was at 6:30 and they were till willing to deliver that late however I pushed it to next day. They followed up as promised and were here by 11 the next day. Very friendly and perversions.

The best experience shopping for a mattress. I needed a new mattress and met Mr. Greg, God-fearing man, is very polite. I told him about the reason for mattress shopping, and having surgery coming up needed a good mattress to sleep on to be comfortable after the surgery. We were able to see what mattress would be best, he didn't rush us at all, even gave me tips on how to stop smoking as a requirement before the surgery (not smoking anymore) also prayed with me and delivered the mattress to my home as scheduled. If you read my reviews, I'm big on customer service, and he superseded at that. Thanks, Greg, and my surgery went exceptionally well!!!

Not only did he get me EXACTLY what I was looking for, but he also displayed excellent hospitality to my 2-year-old. As we all know two-year-olds can be a hand full when having to sit for an extended period, but that didnāt bother Mr. Michael. He even went out of his way to give him something to do while we finished handling business. Mattress by Appointment is an all-around amazing business!
