3/22/25Great experience, from the first step in the door to delivery and set up.Casey and another young lady (I didn’t get her name) were so helpful. I left with 2 mattresses and a bed frame.Greg and Casey delivered my things the same day and set everything up.I am more than happy. Early birthday present to myself. The mattresses are very comfortable.Call and make that appointment.Pay it off in 90 days to avoid the high interest rate.I’ll let you know how it’s sleeps…Thanks you guys!Back with real review!The beds sleep great! My guest did not want to get out of the bed! So comfortable! Great choice! I paid mine off in the 90 day window! 🙌🏾Two things a dislike!1 My sheets do not fit the mattress, neither sets, 😩 they always come off.2 I always have to pull the mattress up, to the headboard, it likes to get away from the headboard, from time to time.I love both mattress! Get you 1 or 2!!

So Im the customer who gets the defective mattress not the fault of anyone just a defective bed from the factory . Thankfully I had great representatives of Mattress by Apptointment Casey and Greg. I bought the twilight bed got it home waited the full 72 hours before i contacted Casey told her the bed had not expanded past 11 inches ( supposed to be atleast 15 ) she responded back immediately asked me for a couple pictures and set me up for an appt with Greg to come the next day to warrenty the bed . Greg came the next day on time very apologetic and professional he took more pictures and said yes there was definately a problem with the mattress and he was going to take care of the issue immediately . I had to wait a couple days to get my new bed but Casey and Greg delivered and set up my new mattress. It was obviouse the size difference the moment i seen it and it feels great when i lay on it. Sleeping very happy now thank you!!

I was really surprised. I had low expectations when I went in that we would find a mattress that we loved. We had been to 3 different places looking for a mattress and adjustable base and we were priced $6000 at one place and we were going to have to wait weeks and they were going to charge us $150 just to deliver it and the other places were over $9000 for what we wanted. Not only did we save more than $3,000 but they delivered it the same day and didn't charge us a penny. They truly are what they advertise and I really loved that there Mattresses are made in the US. Honestly, I Loved the mattress even more than the ones that were thousands of dollars more. It's hard to beat a 20 year warranty. So if you take the time to read all this, I highly recommend them. Casey is First class all the way.

Wow!! Absolutely great customer service, Prices are great, they have a variety of options Pillowtop, Eurotop, Hybrids, Memory Foam, Gel etc. Everything is priced to sell , they had some great deals! I purchased a Titanium Eclipse King mattress, I saved a lot of money on this mattress and it came with a 20 year warranty. Im very satisfied with my purchase. I recommend everyone check them out. They will help you find the perfect mattress and save you hundreds if not thousands like I did. Highly recommend!

My husband and I came in after searching everywhere for a good mattress that we could afford. I have to say these were the best prices I could find and we were able to do the payment plan. We ended up having our pick of whatever we wanted. Casey was so friendly and explained everything. We were able to lounge on the beds to see which we liked most. Plus we were able to put it in our car and take it that day.
