Better Base Solutions did an outstanding job of replacing the rotted subfloor in our home. We have a pier and beam foundation and had noticed significant sagging and soft spots in our kitchen and living room. Curtis did an initial inspection and provided a repair bid promptly. His diagnosis and scope of work closely matched an engineer’s assessment of our problem.When the crew arrived, Curtis, Nate, Dalton and another young man worked diligently to remove all the damaged insulation from under our house. Once inside, they ripped out two layers of old flooring and the rotted subfloor. I was extremely impressed at the care they took to remove and reinstall a very large built in bookcase. It took a great deal of effort and maneuvering to move the bookcase without damaging it.The team was always respectful and professional, willing to help with anything we needed to get the job done.I would use Better Base Solutions again if the need arose and highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation work.

Curtis & his crew did a fantastic job! They got in there & got it done in two days ! House is so much more stable & does not creak when you walk around. House is on a pier & beam ! Very happy with there work ! Definitely will recommend them to friends and family .

We had to wait on material, but that was outside of anyone's control due to weather conditions. Once the material was secured, Curtis arrived promptly and performed the contracted work utilizing a conscientious attitude. He also respected our property while performing the work and did a good job in cleaning up.
