Our family recently sold our father's home in Modesto California. The house was left in a trust, and the proceeds were to be divided between four heirs. Trying to get a large family to agree on anything can be challenging. We worked together, along with a brother that was one of the executors, to find the right agent. We all agreed Christopher Reese had what we were looking for in our agent. Mr. Reese has years of experience, extensive knowledge of the real estate market, and provided a straightforward approach to selling our property. When first meeting Chris he presented three ideas on how we could prepare and market the house. First: cleaning the house and selling the property "as is", Second: paint, flooring, light fixtures, and resurfacing the pool, Third: remodel the kitchen and bathrooms, interior and exterior paint and flooring. We then discussed time and cost comparing it with the similar homes recently sold or currently on the market in neighboring areas. When researching the provided market analysis, it did not appear that we would sell the home for little more than the investment. We agreed, we should sell the home "as is" and not invest the time and money needed to remodel.Once our decision was made, Chris went right to work. He handled everything. Inspections, locksmith, photographer, marketing, agent & client meetings and more. Within several days we had hundreds of viewings and several offers. Chris negotiated with the buyer's agent to receive a cash offer just slightly under our asking price. We were pleased with the offer and accepted. He continued to handle all the closing paperwork, walking us through the process every step of the way. Everything went smoothly and our siblings were pleased with the final offer. If you are starting to interview agents to sell your home, Christopher Reese should be on your list. It is easy to see why he is a top selling real estate agent. We are happy to provideChristoper Reese with a five-star review.Cameron MartinTeresa Martin
