I hired this company to install a concrete pad and was clearly told that the finished surface would have a professional appearance and that there won't be any pools of water and surface will be walkable. Instead, the completed concrete is full of bumps, uneven spots, and poor finishing work. The surface looks rushed and far below what I would consider acceptable workmanship.To make matters worse, cement was splashed onto my gazebo curtains during the project, leaving them stained. There appeared to be little attention paid to protecting surrounding property or cleaning up properly after the work was completed.The biggest issue became apparent after the first rainfall. I was specifically assured that water would drain toward the fence. Instead, water pools and sits in multiple areas of the concrete, indicating that the grading and finishing were not done correctly. A concrete pad should not be holding water immediately after installation.What is most frustrating is that I paid the amount requested despite being extremely unhappy with the final result. I tried to be patient and understanding throughout the process, but the quality of work simply does not justify the quality that was promised.I would rethink before awarding this company the larger backyard landscaping project we had been discussing. Based on the quality of this relatively small job, I would not have confidence in them handling a larger project. I am giving this company a rating of 1 for their work on concrete pad alone. They completed the firepit project too which was ok but still there could have been more stones but still it was acceptable.I am posting this review so that other homeowners can make an informed decision. My experience was poor, and I cannot recommend this company based on the workmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality of the finished product.
