Absolutely love this place, would genuinely train from the city just for the food. Best vietnamese I have personally tried. I work in the complex and visit daily for breakfast and lunch for over a year now, in over a 1000 purchases and interactions not a single one left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I love the energy and environment they have created, always greeted with smiles and warmth.
