I had literally the worst case scenario. Toilet is broken...water constantly running...funds are low...raining outside and in need of same day repair.It is always off-putting when a business does not answer the phone or have a mechanism in place to address missed calls. This was not the case with CASTAWAY.They answered the call. And not only did they answer...I had assistance at my home within the hour! And at a reasonable cost. The service was UNPARALLELED. Choose Paul. I AM STILL BLOWN AWAY.
