We are looking to move to the Jacksonville area from about 4 hours away. We don’t know anything about the area and we have kids from toddlers to teens. Andres took us around the city, showed us houses in areas that would be better for us as a family with our needs and within our budget. He was super helpful with navigating the area. Showed us schools, shopping, gave us insight on the areas we wanted to be in and the areas that we want to avoid. He is a very friendly and relatable person that gave us the immediate feeling that he wanted the best for us. And he worked hard to make that happen in a very short period of time. I first spoke to Andre’s on a Friday and he had properties scheduled to show us that fit our needs by Sunday. Because we’re moving to a foreign city we are looking to rent for the first year to make sure the kids are happy and able to acclimate fine. Andres did all this work for us and doesn’t normally even take on rentals.
