Jeffrey Winzenried at Mountain Edge is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, which really put me at ease. I had concerns going in because of my skin tone and red ink can be especially difficult to remove, and I’ve already had previous removal sessions years ago when I lived in Hawaii that didn’t work.I asked him directly if this would actually work this time, and instead of brushing it off, he thoroughly explained the process, how the laser works, and why the machine they use is one of the best lasers available for tattoo removal. He went into detail about how it targets ink safely on darker skin tones and what to realistically expect over time. Super friendly and patient, I am a bit of a baby under the laser, but Jeffrey takes it super slow for me and gives me breaks when I need it. He was also very upfront about what results I can expect, number of treatments I will likely need and expected cost so I knew what I was getting into.
