I’ve been following his page for a while and decided to book an appointment. I wasn’t greeted by the front receptionist when I walked in, as she looked directly at me. I was early for my appointment, so I was able to admire the cute dogs, and she allowed me to sit in on the hydrochair until my appointment began, which was really nice. He was professional and walked me through the session. One thing I didn’t love was that, although the space is really nice, it’s quite small. When our appointment started, I had to ask him to close the door. I feel like the front receptionist or anyone waiting shouldn’t be able to hear my personal details. It should feel completely private. After the session, the front receptionist went over pricing, and when I asked about the decompression table, I didn’t realize it was considered an adjustment. They seemed a bit irritated that I didn’t know.Overall, it wasn’t a negative experience, but I don’t think I’ll be returning based on those smaller concerns.Edit to his response:I never said it was to connect personally. I mentioned that I’ve followed your page for a while, which prompted me to book a session. A new employee in training is understandable but a simple greeting can go a long way to making someone feel welcome the moment they walk in. I understand my review isn’t 5 stars like the 200+ others, and I’m speaking from my own experience—the parts I mentioned about not being greeted and concerns about privacy and not having her or the waiting room hear all my concerns. Aside from those points, I had no other issues. A bit defensive, but that’s okay.
