Small selection. More of a vape shop. Pleasant clerk.

They sold me 3 bad vapes, all went bad after some days. Battery stopped working and they all tasted burnt after three days. Refused any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. Pretty much just stole my money and time. And no I bought them there two weeks ago. I live far from town so I couldn’t go as soon as they went bad. They went bad days after buying them, how can I go return them the next day if I don’t know they’re about to go bad after three days? It’s okay, I spent a decent sum here, and I’ve had other smoke shops do better business than this, so I’ll just shop elsewhere where customers are valued.

I recently stopped by Silverbell Smoke Shop, and I have to say the experience really stood out—largely thanks to Derek. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, which made browsing easy and enjoyable. The shop itself has a solid selection of products, from vapes to glass and other essentials, and everything feels well-organized and thoughtfully stocked. The staff was knowledgeable without being pushy, taking the time to answer questions and make recommendations based on what I was actually looking for—not just trying to upsell. It’s clear they know the products and genuinely care about helping customers find the right fit. That kind of personalized attention is rare and makes a big difference. You can tell this shop values its customers. Whether you’re new or a regular, you are treated with the same level of respect and patience, which creates a really positive vibe overall. All in all, Silverbell Smoke Shop is a great spot if you’re looking for quality products and even better service.

I love this place. Derek and the rest of the crew are honestly amazing — super friendly, knowledgeable, and they actually take the time to help you find exactly what you need without making you feel rushed or pressured. The shop is always clean, the vibe is chill, and they have a really solid selection. Every time I go in, I end up finding something new or getting exactly what I came for.Customer service is consistently on point, which is hard to find these days. Definitely my go-to smoke shop — highly recommend.
