When I had questions he had answers and made me feel that my questions were valid for the subject matter. The website seemed a bit convoluted to me and I had to repeatedly sign back in to try and get to the application. Adam helped, staying with me and letting me know where to go on the website. Signing up for Medicare sounds simple but the website was not easy for me to navigate. Adam is familiar with the website and helped me get to where I needed to be and stayed with me as I filled out the application. I was very happy to finally submit my application and promptly received confirmation that my application was received by staff who would begin to process it. Adam was very reassuring throughout this process. Kudos to Adam for all his help! I will happily recommend Adam to anyone looking for LIVE assistance signing up for Medicare.

The conversation I had with Adam was educational and eye-opening. Medicare is complex and it varies to each individual’s situation. Adam helped me go down the right road based on my personal situation, including when I want to retire, medical situation and financial aspects. The best thing was that it was a one on one conversation instead of several people in a meeting or on a group call, which I have found to come out with some answers but also come out with more questions. The one on one with Adam gave clarity to my prepared questions and we were able to discuss my personal situation and which plans best fit my situation.
