Fantastic communication from quote to drop off. From quick responses in the quote stage to day of texts notifying me of arrival, it was a fantastic experience. I got multiple quotes for this trip and ASL was competitively priced and highly responsive. Driver Steven was so careful and attentive. We had an all day multi stop itinerary with lots of waiting. I am so very impressed. The experience was perfection. The office was very knowledgeable and courteous when booking and kept in touch via email so we never felt that our trip might be forgotten. ASL Limo was excellent to work with! Our volleyball team and families came to Boston for a tournament. Our hotel was a 20min trip from the convention center. I worked with Dan from ASL Limo to set up shuttle service to get the team/coaches to the convention center and then bring a second load of parents daily for the three-day tournament. Volleyball tournaments are unpredictable and days can end earlier or later than expected. With just an hour notice, ASL Limo was able to change our pick up time and they were always early! Dante was our driver for 4 of the 6 trips and he was the best! He brought the girls donuts on the last day of the tournament and had balloons tied to the shuttle congratulating the girls when it was over. ASL Limo was great with communication - both emails and texts - to confirm reservations and changes. I would highly recommend ASL Limo for your transportation needs!
