I have suffered with poor posture and back / neck pain for 20+ years - a mixture of a desk based job and sports injury. My experience with Optimal Spine and Sports Dimensions Chiswick has been absolutely positive. DC Mikael Porath Petersen is undoubtedly an expert in his field. He took the time to explain my condition, set clear treatment and expectations. From the beginning I felt in safe hands. I have been suffering with awful leg and hip pains from a bulged disc and the difference I feel now since having treatment is incredible. My pains are mostly gone, my posture has improved and I am regaining my life before I developed this condition. I have been seeing Grace Reilly too who is helping me with exercises to regain my muscle strength, correct my walk and posture and I can notice great improvement within few weeks of her working with me. I am really pleased with the progress I made so far and looking forward to completing the next stage of treatment. Also big thanks to the front office staff. It is one of the most effective teams I have experienced; Lourdes and OJ are welcoming, friendly and always accommodating all appointments to fit around my work schedule. I would highly recommend Mikael and his team.

Great experience at Chiswick clinic. I had previous problems with my back which became worse when I got pregnant, that’s when I started seeing Mikael for adjustments. He is a magician and made my pregnancy so much easier as I am able to move more freely and sleep more comfortably. I call him a magician because just by observing how I move he can tell if I have a soar neck or a cramp in my hip, without me even saying anything! I appreciate that he takes time to answer questions and explain what and why he is doing. The front desk team at the clinic ( Lourde and OJ) are always very friendly and professional, and they are doing a great job at keeping place safe during the pandemic. I am planning to keep coming back here after the baby is born to fix my previous back problems and I am definitely recommending this clinic to anyone having back issues.
