Very bad experience to come here, there are two consultants here. One looks like Pinoy and another is Chinese lady. the Chinese lady is totally unprofessional and very rude to customer. Worst is she claimed that the machine is totally not effective on the $158 trial for fat freeze. Sounds like if we don't want to sign package then don't do. Don't waste their time. The salon is a hdb shophouse and no beauty salon atmosphere. Due to the rude treatment from the consultant, I rather spend more money at other beauty salon. I didnt even receive the treatment and left the salon straightaway.

Ivy was very friendly and was helpful in advising me on a suitable shape for my eyelash. I enjoyed my session at toa payoh and I left with beautiful eyelash. Now I get to save a lot of time on my makeup everyday!
