I cannot say enough good things about Frank! From start to finish, Frank was professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with.This was not a simple flooring job. Once the old flooring came up, Frank discovered that the previous work done during my home’s "flip" had left the foundation in poor condition and improperly prepared. Instead of just covering up someone else’s shortcuts, he took the extra time and went through the additional steps necessary to correct the underlying issues and make sure my new floor was installed the right way.That level of care and integrity really stood out to me. Frank communicated with me throughout the entire process, explained what needed to be done, and genuinely cared about both the quality of his work and making sure I was happy with the end result. He was also incredibly kind and respectful to both me and my mom, which meant a lot to us.The finished floor is absolutely beautiful and the difference in the space is unbelievable.
