Dakotah failed to show up on two different occasions to quote my job. No phone calls at all. After leaving numerous voice messages I finally got a response from Jade. A new hire Nick showed up but had forgotten to bring necessary equipment to quote the job. He returned, gave me a quote, I requested him to have Dakotah call me. Dakotah eventually called me. When I offered to pay a discount for the inconvenience I experienced and his lack of communication skills he refused my offer. I stated I would not recommend his company on social media. He blew up calling me numerous names and threatened to sue me if I submitted a negative review. I cannot and will not recommend him, one star is too many.
