If you don't want to read the full review, basically Texas Remodel Team added 140sqft and miraculously pulled the full potential out of our starter 2br/1.5ba home to make it our forever 3br/2.5ba home. Forever grateful to them for bringing my countless drawings on napkins and scrap paper to life.As newlyweds, we bought our 1977 home as a starter home in 2014. As our family grew, we realized we'd have to move on or the house would have to grow with us.Enter Tim (and the whole crew) at Texas Remodel Team. The end of 2023 wasn't the best time to be looking to buy a home, and I couldn't bear to leave where we'd grown to love raising our family. We were very upfront about trying to keep things within our limited budget, as I was concerned about the potential for costs to balloon with an older home remodel. Tim was up for the challenge! This ended up including a new roof, all new siding, all new windows, as well as new AC and ducting ro the new bathroom. We met several times talking about the best way to get the most bang for our buck. Tim was super accessible and responsive to emails and phone calls. We enjoyed working with the designer Kendall. All interactions with office team and the working crews were professional. They kept demo contained and my surrounding property free of debris. As expected, unplanned things popped up. Tim was very transparent about the cost of things, how he would recommend we prioritize additional work, and things we could do ourselves (like interior painting, lol never again). We were out of the house just over three months, which was about the original expectation - there were minimal delays along the way.I included some before pictures with the after pictures but I assure you it doesn't show the full scope of all their hard work. 10/10 would recommend.
