I scheduled a pre–move-in deep clean, but when I returned it was clear that multiple areas of the home had not been cleaned at all. Aside from visible vacuum lines on the carpet and the smell of cleaning products, there was little evidence that a deep clean had actually been completed.To their credit, they were responsive and did send the team back out to re-clean. However, even after the second visit I didn’t notice much improvement beyond the specific areas I had photographed and pointed out.Overall, it felt like the cleaning was very minimal and not what I would expect from a paid deep-clean service. If you do choose to book with them, I would recommend being present during the cleaning to ensure the work being done matches what you’re paying for.
