Very satisfied with the service we received. They showed as scheduled and completed the job in an efficient and timely manner. They did a very good job cleaning the carpet for what I consider to be a reasonable price.

Not very happy about this service. After agreeing on the day, I told them that I needed it done before 3 (i was supposed to work at 3 but my shift got moved to 5 luckily). I called at 11:30 and asked what time they were thinking about coming and they told me they don’t normally give people exact times but it would be very soon (which i understand to an extent). I waited for the next 2 1/2 hours, no communication or anything. At 2:30, they call me and say they’re on their way (thank god my shift got changed). They were done with the service in 10 minutes, no exaggeration. I am frustrated because i paid $140 for a 10 minute service that didn’t even get certain spots out of my rug (i understand if it’s stained, but there was 0 communication the entire time they were here and they gave no heads up that they wouldn’t be able to get everything out). i just wish the communication would have been better in every aspect.

Im so pleased with what Tony accomplished in my home today. First off..he was personable and knew exactly what to do to get my carpet spotless and smelling amazing. I have my fair share of rescues..I work alot and accidents happen.. Tony first asked if I had any allergies to any chemicals, which was professional and got my attention. Noones asked me that before cleaning my carpets and Ive tried 3 companies here. Whoever owns this company should know that they have not only a pro but a pro who connects with his customers. You cant beat that. I will be referring everybody I know to this company!!! Thank you Tony!!!
