I didn’t even end up using their services, but I felt compelled to share my gratitude for their honesty. I posted a question on their page around 7:30 PM, and within two minutes, they called me. Instead of trying to sell me on their services, they genuinely advised that it might be better to just purchase a new futon. I really respect their transparency and integrity. If I ever need carpet cleaning services in the future, I’ll definitely be giving them a call!

Elite is amazing. They are professional, responsive, and skilled. They went the extra mile and came back out for free to touch up a few areas of my couch, where some stains have been lifted to the surface after the initial cleaning. They even offered to come back out as many times as needed until I was 100% satisfied.
