This company was very professional. Crystal and her team kept us updated on everything that needed to be done. Not many firms are willing to put up with the Veterans Administration’s bureaucracy. In fact,Crystal and the RenoDesign team were the only legitimate outfit to actually accept the VA inquiry. I am a Vietnam vet and am wheelchair bound. Crystal and the team game up with an excellent plan to convert one conventional bathroom into great wheelchair accessible shower. Crystal’s taste was superb and she met all VA requirements. The actual work took barely two weeks. It is with tremendous gratitude all concerned that I can finally take real shower in a well designed bathroom. Thank you Crystal, Alfredo as well as all those in RenoDesign.
