Had a problem running on the I44 west in Missouri, couldn’t engage the transmission. Called this company not knowing who they were, used them for the first time being stranded on the on ramp on I44 west at exit 153 on ramp. They responded to my call with a few minutes, mine you, it was around 2300 hours Missouri time, they had a gentleman show up in a service truck within a half hour. When they realized that it was a bigger problem, the boss man showed up within about 20 minutes to further look into my truck’s problems. They initially found an air leak in my splitter in the low/high range. But I had even bigger problems with my truck, they found that my clutch was gone due to a transmission leak which my regular mechanic in Canada didn’t look at, it was now around midnight Missouri time and the boss man told me that it was too late in the night to do anything, they offered to put me up in a motel as it was pretty hot and humid, I initially refused but they told me that they will pay for my motel bill and insisted that I should stay comfortable while the problem with my truck was dealt with. The next day while they were working on the clutch problem they also found that my transmission was toast due to all the oil having leaked out. They didn’t just tell me of the problem but actually sent me photos and videos of my transmission and clutch issues. Even though I had to pay a hefty bill for the repairs, I have full praise and respect for the two mechanics that worked on my truck. They were very professional, honest and transparent on all the work they were doing and pricing. They were very reasonable and fair for the professional service they provided me on service call by the road side, where all the work was done, not in a shop and without towing charges. I am very happy with the service and work that this mechanics and company has done for me. I am in no way being asked or solicited to provide this review. I’m just putting it out there to help promote honest people, we always tend to thrash scrupulous road side service providers but I was lucky enough to get these honest and professional service providers. Based on this thought I’m putting my own experience with a road side service provider to help others that might be stranded on the road to google up this company and experience their service for your self. I do not mind if these gentlemen want to post my comments on their website. I also don’t mind if they want to provide my phone number to customers that want to verify my experience with dealing with them.

A while back had clutch replaced. Not the best conditions outside. Since transmission has been removed and installed. The clutch has been adjusted properly. No more grinding into gear . And all the bolts that hold side box on have been put in.
