Very dishonest and unprofessional service. I clearly told them my truck needed an air compressor before they came, and they assured me they could take care of it. After arriving, they said they couldn’t do the repair but still charged me a lot of money for nothing. They should have been honest before coming out. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Attention drivers: A few days ago, I had two flat tires and called this company to bring me two new tires. They delivered them at $450 each, which I didn’t have a choice about—no other options. Then I asked for one mufflat holder, and they charged me $340.15 for that single part. On top of that, just for the daytime call, they charged $250. Labor was $350, plus tax and extra fees. In total, they charged me an insane $2,148.87.This was ridiculously expensive. I strongly recommend all drivers—if you call them, ask them for the price first and negotiate—learn from my experience.

We had a tire blow out about 11 miles from their shop. 1 trailer tire cost $1,200. They charged more time than they were there and claimed that since it was an inside tire that removing the outside tire was an "hour per tire". I guess Roadside service has the right to charge as they want, but we have the right to expose overcharging and recommend others to go another route because of pricing. I can post the receipt if there is any questions about it.Also got home and 2 of the lugnuts were about ready to come off
