Great experience shopping for our new mattress. Terry was very knowledgeable and went through all the options. It did take a couple of weeks for the mattress to break in and we weren’t sure if we had got the right one ,but now we both sleep happily without any issues. Buying a mattress is - usually - a really dumb experience: last time I bought one somewhere else it involved an overwhelmingly large room full of expensive, nearly indistinguishable foam rectangles, that you keep trying until you give up and just pick the most middle-priced one and pretend you know why.BUT. This place is class. They do a really cool pressure test thing that actually gave us an objective sense of what kind of material and firmness we like, then recommended us like 5 specific mattresses to try out (just 5) so you could actually tell what the difference was.The staff (Claudia) were great too. Bought a lovely firm tempurpedic and can’t get over how much of a quality of life improvement it’s been. Absolutely recommend.

We had an amazing experience at Snooze! The store has a bed that analyzes your pressure points to help determine the right level of support — soft, medium, or firm — which made choosing a mattress so much easier. Terry went above and beyond to find the perfect mattress to suit both of our needs. Since we each preferred slightly different support levels, he worked with us to combine the right comforts, and he couldn’t have been more patient.What impressed us even more was that Terry stayed past closing time to finish the sale without ever mentioning it. We didn’t realise until we were leaving that the store was beginning to close for the evening, such a gentleman!The store itself has such cozy vibes, and we loved the playful touch of the staff wearing pajamas as their uniform. I’m honestly mad about the PJs — they’re so cool!Thank you a million, Snooze. We’ve already had a few nights of the most comfortable sleep we’ve had in ages. Highly recommend!

Mattress shopping can be a confusing task because you don't innately know what mattress type is best for your particular body/sleep patterns, but Snooze has a process called Dream Mapping which is extremely informative and lets you know what your support needs are. Claudia was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process - it was genuinely the most relaxing shopping experience I've had in my life; I felt rested from even just testing out the beds!

Great experience from start to finish. The information in the shop, especially the colour coded mattress types and heat map really helped us (We also loved the salesman in pjs and the calming music!). I was pregnant at the time and all my aches and pains disappeared after using the new mattress. Delivery was on time as stated too.

We bought a mattress from Snooze and couldn't be happier with the service and experience. Our salesman, Ken, was brilliant and not pushy at all. Talked us through the experience of getting our first 'fitted' mattress. It's great to have a mattress tailored to our sleep! Not a gimic and I think everyone will stop buying mattresses without getting tested for compatability soon after people start to try this.Would definitely recommend this company to anyone
