You never want to be told you have a water leak, and have no idea where it is. C and C were amazing in coming out, determined to find our leak. It wasn't easy, and we had a lot of rock in the ground and around all our pipes on top of that. We couldn't of asked for a better company and team to come out and help us. It took longer and more holes had to be dug then originally thought, but between all of the ups and mainly downs they found our leak! They were courteous, and communicated the whole time. We now have knew water pipes, and our yard even looks great! Would use again in a heart beat and will recommend to anyone! Thanks C and C, we appreciate all you've done for us!

The best experience!! We needed a nice area around our house after purchasing an acreage. Thought we would need to bring in dirt, etc. They were able to reroute a couple gutters and give us a great yard, with less work or expense than we expected. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

He quoted me a firm price and once he started removing trees he told me that it was going better than expected. Therefore, he told me he would pull additional trees at No extra expense to myself. We called C&C Land Maintenance late this morning due to a faulty hydrant, there was water pooled up everywhere around the hydrant behind the barn. Upon them recieving the call, they immediately paused their regularly scheduled work and diverted all of the resources necessary to mobilize and complete the excavation and replacement of the frost-free hydrant. They completed the service in just a few hours! Tested the pressure and no leaks! The horses now have water! Caley is amazing! My hydrant cracked and I had a lake out behind my barn this morning and no way other than carrying buckets of water from my house to my horses. One picture doesn't do near enough to show how much this company did for me and a real estate project I had. They did amazing work. It was timely and it. Was cost-effective. They cleared brush from up around a house, a garage, an rv, and it also cleared an additional approximate two acres. 10/10 wpuld recommend them to anyone needing land cleared!
