I ordered a toilet with the knowledge that I might no need it for a full week. I asked if I didn’t need it anymore could it be picked up. I was told yes. The work at my house was done on Friday after 5pm so Monday I called to have it picked up. Was told someone would be there. Called Tuesday and was told that someone would be here to get it that day. Wednesday it is still in my driveway. This time I was told that I had to keep it the full week. This company will tell you any lie they can to get your money. Less

When I first started to use this company they were great. However, the last 2 times I've tried to schedule them to come service our toilet they either haven't shown up when they said they would or the receptionist said she would call me back and she never has. I have followed up with phone call message and still haven't heard anything. Such a bummer. Ill have to call around to other company's now. Less

I called and scheduled for my travel trailer to be drained on 6-3-21. Spoke to receptionist she said she would call me back. I called 5 hrs later to see what time will someone be here because no one returns calls. I'm told it won't be until 6-4-21 It's now 7:45 pm on 6-4-21 and no one has shown up. Tried calling the office and I get the fax machine. Great service guys.. I highly will never recommend your company to any of my friends. A phone call would of been appreciated so I could find someone else. Just no show is just unacceptable!! Poor service.. You're NOT RELIABLE!!! Less

I needed a porta potty last minute on a Saturday for a party and the owner personally made sure I got it delivered on time. Such nice people over at Oregon Portable Toilets. I called other porta potty companies and their price was almost double. Definenlty would recommend to anyone that needs porta potties for a great price. Less
