FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS BEWARE !!! I had my home inspected about a month ago as the first time homebuyer I didn’t know what to expect. I requested an inspection with Dan. He told me all the supposed problems that my home had .A exactly a month later I hired someone else to inspect my home, They gave me a whole new list of things I’m going to have to fix in my home a new boiler and new roof new pipes, cracks, bad wood leaks etc.The guy even told me if I had my home inspected at all before purchasing it. What a disappointment I would not recommend working with this company or getting your inspection done by Dan !!!!

I highly recommend HouseMaster! Dan was extremely thorough and was very specific in explaining if a problem was something to look into more with an expert (electrician etc.) or if it was just something to keep an eye on. He also pointed out all things that were working great, or were problems at one time but had already been fixed. In addition to Dan’s expertise, it was very easy to set up an appointment with the office and I received the printed report very quickly.
