I have used HouseMaster for decades! My inspector of choice is Chris Brown. He is thorough and extremely knowledgeable. If something is not right, he will definitely find it and note it in the report.

Trey and Dan were both great to work with. I purchased a new construction home and was told by the builder that I was not allowed at my inspection due to “insurance reasons”. The builder also rescheduled my inspection multiple times due to delays in the construction. Trey was patient, understanding, and even tried to go to bat for me to be at the inspection, but it unfortunately did not work out. I was still able to meet Dan and inspect the outside of the home and gave him my list of concerns inside the home since I couldn’t enter. Dan was very personable and offered great tips for us as first time homeowners. He was thorough in his inspection and made sure to meet with us afterwards to go over issues he noticed inside the home. I received my report less than 24 hours later so I could quickly address with the builder. I plan to do an 11 month inspection later this year and will definitely use Housemaster again. Would highly recommend!

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! DAN GETS 1000% OUT OF 100. VERY THOROUGH, INFORMATIVE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. DAN WENT THROUGH EVERY SINGLE ROOM IN THAT BUILDING, GAVE HELPFUL TIPS, SHOWED ME WHAT TO LOOK FOR & WHO TO MAKE CONTACT (PLUMBER ETC) SHOULD REPAIRS BE NEEDED ETC.
