We stumbled across this place by complete fluke while visiting Newcastle and it was a very happy fluke because we really enjoyed it.We visited on a Thursday afternoon and although the place wasn't particularly busy at the time, we were greeted by by very friendly and helpful staff.The bar has a reasonable selection of beer and an impressive selection of cocktails and spirits too.The music was very fitting for the venue, but it was not exclusively country music, so suitable for all tastes.There were 2 live performers while we were there and both were excellent singers.We enquired about their Bottomless Brunch for the Sunday and we dealt with the Manager, Matt (who is also an excellent singer). Matt couldn't have been nicer and sorted everything for us to book for Sunday.The Bottomless Brunch was very reasonably priced £39.99 per person and is exceptionally good value for what is included. The food was delicious and the portions are very generous. I had the burger, which was very tasty. It was huge, but I managed to finish it. My girlfriend had the Mac'n'cheese with a side salad and we really enjoyed our food.The staff were very friendly and attentive and regularly came over to our table to see if we wanted more drinks.We enjoyed several (didn't count) very tasty cocktails during the 2 hours of the brunch.We also got to see a girl with a guitar who performed some great songs on stage, but there was also a DJ playing music.On a couple of occasions during the afternoon, there was the addition of performances or hoedown by their dance troupe of cowgirls that dance on the bar. The girls were great.Start to finish, the whole experience was great and I would happily recommend it anyone, whether they are fans of country music or not.Nice venue with great staff, great food and an amazing atmosphere.I think that it is safe to say that next time we visit Newcastle, we shall be making a point of coming back here.

Kitchen service was off by 8pm (what time we got there). Drinks was nice but atmosphere was abit dull but the singer angle has an amazing voice.

Went to Country & Coyotes this weekend for drinks with friends. It is an amazing venue whether you like country music or not.The staff were super friendly, the coyotes and the shot girls (never seen any boys) were super fun and energetic.The drinks prices were reasonable, on par with our local pub where we started the day before travelling up.Never tried the food but it all ranged from £10-£15 for a meal and £6-£9 for sides (this is March 2026 prices).All in all it featured 3 of my favourite things; good vibes, country music and Luke, can’t forget Mr. Combs.

Had an amazing night at Country & Coyotes – easily one of the most fun and energetic places in Newcastle. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is buzzing and it just gets better as the night goes on. Highly recommend.
