I called Presto to install a brand new water softener we had recently purchased. The communication was excellent. Confirmed before the appt and then the gentleman called me over an hour before arriving and then email communication when everything was complete - excellent communication!The 2 gentlemen that did the install were professional and courteous and cleaned up when they were done.I would use Presto again and recommend them for your residential needs (although I know they do commercial work as well, as they did all the plumbing in our home for the builder we used).Thank you again for prompt, courteous service!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Presto Septic! I cannot say enough good things about Kandi, the technician who came out to inspect my system, and Randi in the front office, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.As a first time homeowner with a septic system, I had a lot of questions and was unfamiliar with how everything worked. Randi was extremely helpful in answering my questions and coordinating everything to get my inspection arranged. She made the process easy and stress free, and I truly appreciate her kindness and responsiveness!During the inspection, Kandi was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. My home is brand new construction, and unfortunately, we discovered several things that were not installed correctly. Kandi took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, explain how my septic system works, and teach me how to properly care for it between my semiannual inspections.She was also incredibly efficient and quick while still being thorough and making sure I understood everything. It was such a relief to work with someone who genuinely cared about educating me and helping me feel confident as a new homeowner.Hands down, a fantastic experience from start to finish! Randi and Kandi are wonderful representatives of Presto Septic, and I look forward to partnering with them for all my future septic needs.
