After searching with another realtor for almost 2 years with a horrible experience we came in contact with Michael and from day one he did more for us than our previous realtor. He stayed in contact with us through the whole process sending us houses and listening to our needs making sure we got what we wanted. Once we found the one he worked all night getting the deal closed and we couldn’t be happier. We listed our previous house where he was able to get it closed within 2 days making sure we knew everything that was being presented to us and what the next steps would be. Michael Elkmann is a consummate realtor who went above and beyond our high expectations in both finding the perfect home for our needs and selling our previous one. He is the fourth realtor we have worked with in buying/selling our homes. We were pretty happy with our previous experiences, but had no idea of the high level of service that was possible from an agent until we worked with Michael. I would recommend him without reservation. He did things that I expected we would have to do on our own. It is stressful enough to have to buy a new property, sell the old one, move, deal with preparing the old house to sell and settling into the new one and making it your own. The guidance in all aspects of these processes he provided was priceless and most greatly appreciated.

Michael Elkmann went above and beyond assisting me with the estate sale of my mothers real property. There were several dynamics that evolved that were unique, challenging, and quite frankly outside the responsibility of a real estate agent. Mike's response was always "I'll get this done".
