We were so lucky to have Shane as our wedding photographer. Not only did we end up with beautiful pictures but he made everything so easy and enjoyable. On the day, you spend so much time with your photographer - Shane fit right in from the moment he arrived. He was easy to be around, calming and relaxed. He made sure we got everything we wanted from the day whilst still ending up with georgous photos. His priority was for us to enjoy every moment and have plenty of time to make memories with our guests. Obvious excpetions aside, we spent very little time posing for pictures on the day, resulting in the most perfect,natural, album filled with so much love and emotion from ourselves, our family & our friends. Shane was a dream wedding photographer he brought such a fun energy and vibe to our wedding day at Dromoland Castle. We really appreciated Shane’s natural, relaxed and candid documentary approach and how his photography style did not dictate the pace of the day but instead he works around the natural flow of the day. Shane’s photographic video presentation captured the joy, fun and experiences of the day as it naturally unfolded perfectly and Shane himself seamlessly blended into the fun of our wedding day with us and our guests. It was our absolute pleasure to have Shane photograph our wedding. We researched several photographers but were instantly taken by his documentary style and his photos on the day did not disappoint. When we broached Shane about having a double wedding with my sister he could have run for the hills but instead we were blown away by his enthusiasm and 'can-do' attitude. Because of the small crowd due to government restrictions, Shane's presence ended up being a big part of the day - his kindness and friendliness only added to our experience. He has a unique ability to capture all the little moments that make the day so special - from the fussing of the morning, through the ceremony, right through to the pints at the end (he enlisted the bar man to tilt the lights to ensure that the photos were just right!) we were not disappointed with a single photo. For anyone thinking of booking Shane, all I can say is, just do it, you won’t regret it. My partner and I do not like photos and find them awkward and are so uncomfortable the minute a camera is in put in front of us but Shane makes it all so easy and manages to remain in the background. He also pops up when you need help with anything and that includes assistance with your dress! He’s a dab hand at managing long trains and even longer veils 😊 To Shane we would like to say, we really really appreciate everything that you did on our day. I don’t feel like you were our photographer, I feel like you were a friend who happened to want to take lots and lots of photos of us. You were also an extension of my bridesmaids, and at times, upstaged them 😂 You made the whole experience not only extremely comfortable but also enjoyable. Shane did SUCH an incredible job capturing and documenting our wedding day! All of our photos are stunning and you can feel the vibe right through the images. He was awesome to work with; very relaxed, funny, and so creative. We’ve only had our pictures a few days and we cannot stop sharing them, all of our family and friends are obsessed (seriously stunning).
