That’s not competitive with the typical $15–$20 flat-rate self-wash options at other pet stores, where you can take the time you need.The token system also creates unnecessary hassle. You have to calculate how much time you’ll need, buy tokens outside, go back inside, and potentially interrupt the wash to go get more if you run out. For a large dog that takes considerable time to dry, it’s especially impractical.I’d strongly suggest switching to a simple flat-rate dog wash with no time limit. The current $1-per-minute token model is expensive, inconvenient, and unnecessarily confusing.

I visited here for the first time today. It was very clean, it legit has everything you need but towels. So bring those if you feel the need to. (But it also says this on their website) I really like the fact they have ring cameras everywhere. Definitely makes you feel more safe. We will be back. Thank you

We love brining our 5 dogs in! We are able to get in and out in about an hour and love how easy everything is! We LOVE the smell of the dogs and how soft their fur is after using the oatmeal shampoo and conditioner!! We have to know what brand you use because the smell last a long time!!

Dog wash is so handy as I haven't many options for our pushy mastiff mix who's 100lbs. Nice and warm inside and the water, too. Tools provided work well. It has been clean each time we've visited. Only thing that'd make it nicer is the gravel in the parking area to be thicker. If rainy, low spots get his clean paws dirty. Good value for the money!
