Never. I had to call and ask. After calling, emailing, and texting about 20 time, with zero responses, I finally received a call THE DAY BEFORE the event as a follow up to my reach out. To me, because this was a special occasion and I had already fully paid, my responses should have been addressed earlier. AFTER the event, I had to reach back out to them and ask about the immediate video text that our guest and I were suppose to receive immediately upon taking the video on the spinner....to no avail, it took someone 2 days to respond and finally sent me a cloud link to the videos, with an apology and 20% discount offer off of a future service because they had technical difficulties. Not all videos are even still n the link that everyone took AND I still have not received actual photos yet. I even called and emailed several times after this and still no call backs at all within a 24 hour period. -signed, totally dissatisfied customer. My opinion, but when I fully pay for a service I expect some form of timely consideration when I reach out to the business. This can in fact be used as a learning experience for the staff. My concerns weren’t life threatening, but again, my expectations were high that needed immediate assistance, but a timely follow up was warranted....NOT totally unreasonable. Less

Aj was Very unprofessional and insensitive, i will briefly tell my story. my great grandmother turned 100 years old over the hollween weekend, my family and i decided it would be a great idea to utilize all black owed company's to service our event. I had one job, and it was to find THE BEST photography company in detroit. I did my research and it lead me to "AJ PHOTOGRAPHY" I talked with his assistant about my needs, paid my deposit, and locked in my Date and services over a month prior to my event and we was both clear about everything, I have emails to prove that. Long story short i paid $850 for a bundle deal which included a photographer for 3 hours, a photo booth, and a throne chair. The day of the party, the assistant and i communicated and not one time did she tell me 1.my photographer that I paid for "AJ" (THE OWNER) was on vacation and never had plans on showing up because he didn't know I wanted a photographer, AGAIN I LOCKED EVERYTHING IN WITH MY DEPOSIT OVER A MONTH PRIOR TO THE EVENT and again it's a bundle deal that he made so how didn't he know ? Not only did I not have a photographer for the party. The throne chair was delivered with the seat dirty and broke, the photo booth was delivered late and didnt work for about a hour. when they finally got it to work, it had someone else's backdrop on it. When they finally got the backdrop that I paid for programmed on it, the party was almost over. When we finally talk to AJ again he was very insensitive as if it wasn't a big deal but for me I felt humiliated, disappointed, angry, and was just simply in disbelief on how things was unfolding. 3 days after the party I was reimbursed $400 of the $850 because that is what they thought was fair. After getting nothing!!!! He gives black owed businesses a bad name and I mean that from the bottom of my heart!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, STAY AWAY IT'S A SCAM IN MY OPINION!!!
