I wish I could leave a negative score ,I also waiting until I was more calm to do this because I didn’t want to say anything out of anger. However working with this realtor as the selling agent was one of the worst experiences I had ever faced in my life. It was my first home purchase in the US and as a result my bank was taking a longer time to verify documentation which was explained beforehand, I was informed that the house she was selling had personal interest involved and therefore created a conflict of interest.This resulted in her threatening my initial deposit( which was fine as per contract) , shouting at both my realtor and mortgage processor,he told me in his over 10 years of experience he had never worked with a worse realtor as she would tell him that he needed to approve by a certain date or she will go after the deposit essentially leveraging it as a threat, she then proceeded to shout at him again and then hanging up on him when his responses weren’t what she wanted to hear. There is alot more that I can’t share here but all and all a terrible experience , I have already submitted a formal complaint to board of realtors, I don’t want any negative action against her. I just hope that no one else ever has to experience something like that again and I hope she can do some self reflection and handle things more professionally movingforward.

She was able to answer all my questions in detail, was prompt with providing documents/communications, made me feel comfortable, and ensured the process was as smooth as it could be. She went out of her way to deliver documents on my behalf when I was insanely busy and was there to answer even during holidays!
