Just had 9 palms removed from my property. The company rang me very quickly after expressing an interest online. My tree situation was assessed quickly and very clearly giving me an onsite immediate quote with options for stump grinding and amount of trees. On the day, the crew were on time. Friendly, professional and I had great confidence in them immediately. I'm very happy with the tree removal, stump grinding and the way my property was left neatly. Highly recommend them.

This is the second time I've used Pete's Treeworx (PTW), the first time was June 2024.The job, then, was for a very large, old tuart, which in itself was (still is) a beautiful and healthy tree. However, to install a large retaining wall some major roots were destroyed. Not knowing much about trees, I was worried about the tree falling over and doing some major damage. I thought I'd just employ a tree lopper to reduce the tree to half size.At that time I got a couple of quotes - one local to my area (Bunbury) and one from PTW (Mandurah area). The local tree lopper was happy to do what I asked, no questions asked i.e., happy to do what Australian Standard AS 4373-2007 (Pruning of Amenity Trees) considers unacceptable practices, like topping, flush-cutting, and lopping, which (according to the standard) are damaging to long-term tree health.How do I know about this standard? Alex (PTW owner) attended and provided a quote, and respectfully made the standard known to me - not in a know-it-all way, but simply drawing my attention to the standard (who would have thought there's a standard for pruning trees, right!?!).His price was not much more than the local lopper, and given the team and machines had to drive from Mandurah area, the price was very reasonable ... and definitely worth it. The team is well-trained in working at heights, with all the safety gear and good competency practices on full display.For the 2024 job, after PTW's work, two years later and the tuart is still full of health and simply looks beautiful. With hindsight, I'm convinced that if I had used the local lopper following my directions I'd be mightily disappointed with the result at this time!For this latest job a couple of days ago, I didn't bother going out for quotes; I am comfortable that PTW is competent, trustworthy, and provides great service. The quoting and admin team are genuinely nice people, organised, and kept me up to date with comms and follow-up.On the day, the team (led by Dean) were professional, super efficient, communicative, energised and thoughtful - taking care to cleanup and make sure they were leaving a happy customer. Thanks Dean and team!I highly recommend Pete's Treeworx. You won't be disappointed. Alex has pulled together a great team of people, and they are truly a pleasure to deal with.

Promp and reliable service, everyone was very nice and professional and they did a great job with my tree removal , and they left the place looking very neat and tidy, as a bonus they left us with a pile of mulch ( on request) , the office staff are also very helpful.
