I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I’ve received so far.When I initially spoke with Jono about lighting up my hallway, no physical inspection was conducted. Instead, the recommendation for two Solatubes was made purely based on an online home plan. As a customer, I trusted your expertise and proceeded with your recommendation.However, after waiting nearly a month for the first installation (which took place on 7 May), it became apparent during installation with Ben that a section of the hallway was still noticeably dark. This was quite obvious once the rest of the area was lit.I immediately raised this and requested an additional solartube and made the payment for the extra light on 8 May. Despite this, as of yesterday (2 June), I have received no clear communication or commitment on when this installation will actually take place.Frankly, this experience has been extremely frustrating. I have had to continuously follow up just to get basic updates, which should not be the customer’s responsibility—especially after payment has been made.Blaming delays on rain without proactively communicating revised timelines is not acceptable. As a customer, I expect transparency, planning, and reliable communication. Instead, I am left chasing answers and feeling completely let down.Being told today that the installation may only happen on 24 June is very disappointing and, quite honestly, unreasonable given how long this has already been pending.At this point, I feel that I am not receiving the level of service I have paid for, and it is beginning to feel unfair and misleading.
