Great environment, great coaching. I've been coming here for about 7 months and the environment and community are the biggest component that keeps me coming in. Everyone wants to see everyone succeed and hit their next milestone and get there without injuries - no traces of competitive snootiness. The coaches have also been really great at helping me find and understand appropriate scaled versions of exercises when my body isn't handling the full workout weights. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you're looking for a gym.

I joined CrossFit Solid Orange 5 months ago, and it’s by far the best decision I’ve made this year.As a beginner, I was unsure of what to expect. But, immediately, everyone made me feel right at home. The coaches are knowledgeable, and really care about your progress. My energy level has drastically increased, and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. 10/10

Attended my first cross fit workout here and had an awesome experience! Coach Ryan and the gym community members were friendly and engaging, and the whole experience was challenging and motivating.Got an incredible workout in and really enjoyed the guidance from Coach Ryan. Will be back and encourage anyone who’s thinking about swinging by to give it a shot!

CrossFit Solid Orange is an awesome gym with a great atmosphere. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and do a great job making sure everyone understands the movements while keeping workouts challenging and fun.The community is what really sets this place apart. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and creates an environment where people want to keep coming back. The gym is clean, well organized, and the programming is excellent.If you’re looking for a place with great coaching, positive people, and a motivating environment, I highly recommend CrossFit Solid Orange.
