We recently had a whole-home water filtration system and reverse osmosis system installed, and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.From the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. We called on Saturday, and by Sunday he was already at our home walking the property, discussing placement options, answering questions, and providing transparent pricing. By Monday, our entire system was installed and running.What stood out most was his professionalism and attention to detail. He treated our home with genuine respect, taking extra care to keep everything clean and protected throughout the installation process. Those little things matter, and they did not go unnoticed.The installation itself was efficient, organized, and completed in a timely manner. He had a team assisting with the work, but he remained actively involved and personally inspected everything to ensure it was done correctly.What truly impressed us was his commitment to doing what was best for the customer. During the reverse osmosis installation, we discovered that one setup option would have required us to leave the system plugged into the same outlet as our garbage disposal, creating an inconvenient situation for daily use. Rather than settling for a less-than-ideal solution, he drove 25 minutes to his storage facility and 25 minutes back to retrieve a different tank system that would work better for our home. He installed it the same day without hesitation.Throughout the entire process, he was honest, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to explain our options and helped us choose the system that made the most sense for our needs rather than trying to sell us the most expensive option.His pricing was fair, his workmanship was excellent, and his customer service was outstanding. We've already recommended him to several friends and will continue recommending him to anyone looking for a water filtration or purification system.If you're considering improving your home's water quality, you won't regret working with him.
