I came to use JL Painting subsequent to my previous contractor relocating.I needed a rental property made ready for relet and I obtained Josue’s name from a rep a Sherwin Williams. He treated me fairly and I have subsequently used Josue exclusively for maintaining my numerous rental units. In 2022 I had Josue completely redo my personal residence including baths and kitchen, install crown molding throughout. Josue is capable in many facets of construction. He has a repertoire of excellent sub contractors such as cabinet makers, granite and tile, electrical and plumbing. With a 10 year relationship, I no longer request bids from Josue, I just give the task knowing I will receive a detailed accounting with supporting receipts. My tenants often ask him to do tasks such as assembling furniture, hanging pictures, etc.Josue is my exclusive ‘go to’ guy. He should be yours too.
