Just had our installation of the Heat Pump heating, converting from Deisel and there is no heat loss or differential in our home. Lovely and warm still😄.The outside unit is very quiet.(Surprise).The service and communications with the sales people and the installers was second to none. Excellent customer service from everyone at Warmth NZ. Communication on arrival times excellent and arrived on time each visit. I am very pleased with my Hydronic Underfloor Heating system keeping my home at a constant temperature and very cost effective compared to conventional heating. I will recommend Warmth NZ to others.

We got a 2 in 1 heat pump hot water cylinder from Warmth NZ and the whole experience was excellent. From start to finish the team were professional, friendly and easy to deal with. The system itself is fantastic and we’ve already noticed the difference, saving around $130 on our first power bill.The price was really good compared to others we looked at. The app is simple to use, the cylinder looks great and it’s super quiet. As part of our renovation, getting this installed and seeing how well it performs has been a real highlight.We couldn’t recommend Warmth more highly. We’ve already had friends asking about it after seeing how well ours works.

The team has been so patient and professional from start till completion of the project, including good project management with coordinating the other people that should be involved (plumber, electrician), and answering my questions patiently.
