Excellent customer service from everyone at Warmth NZ. Communication on arrival times excellent and arrived on time each visit. I am very pleased with my Hydronic Underfloor Heating system keeping my home at a constant temperature and very cost effective compared to conventional heating. I will recommend Warmth NZ to others.

We got a 2 in 1 heat pump hot water cylinder from Warmth NZ and the whole experience was excellent. From start to finish the team were professional, friendly and easy to deal with. The system itself is fantastic and we’ve already noticed the difference, saving around $130 on our first power bill.The price was really good compared to others we looked at. The app is simple to use, the cylinder looks great and it’s super quiet. As part of our renovation, getting this installed and seeing how well it performs has been a real highlight.We couldn’t recommend Warmth more highly. We’ve already had friends asking about it after seeing how well ours works.

We just had our hot water heat pump system installed and looking forward to see a drop in the power bill. The team has been so patient and professional from start till completion of the project, including good project management with coordinating the other people that should be involved (plumber, electrician), and answering my questions patiently. We installed Warmth NZ hot water heatpumps into 7 new houses we constructed in 2022. This was a Build to Rent project where rent was all inclusive of the electricity. We were initially unsure if the extra cost of this system was going to be worth it but after 6 months of the houses being occupied and analysing the electricity accounts we are very thankful we did go with Warmth NZ.We have PV Solar panels on the houses so can heat the water during the day for "free" so our water cylinder is fully heated again for the evening requirements. The approximate 1kw of power used to heat water vs the 3kw from a traditional element system is the big advantage with this setup.We will be using this system in our future projects and when I renovate my own home will definitely be incorporating a Warmth NZ system.Brian, the installation manager and his team were great to deal with on site and all timelines were met.No reservations recommending Warmth NZ to others
